These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and the logistics services provided by SD Expresslink Private Limited ("SD Expresslink", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Office No. 211, 86 Crystal Central, Above Yes Bank, Near Shreyas Cinema Signal, Andheri Ghatkopar Link Road, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai - 400086 (CIN: U52290MH2024PTC428228, GSTN: 27ABNCS8369K1ZC). By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or booking a shipment with us, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
SD Expresslink provides domestic logistics services including Partial Truck Load (PTL), Full Truck Load (FTL), Last Mile Delivery, Secondary Transportation, Ecommerce Delivery, Warehousing, ODC & Project Cargo, and other value-added logistics services, including specialised handling for Canteen Store Department (CSD) and Central Police Canteen (CPC) deliveries. Specific service terms, rates and delivery timelines are agreed separately with each Customer, typically through a quotation, service agreement, or consignment note.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the goods being shipped, including description, weight, dimensions, declared value, and any special handling requirements. SD Expresslink is not liable for delays, damage, or losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
Freight charges, applicable taxes (including GST), and any additional charges (such as detention, loading/unloading, or special handling) will be communicated at the time of booking or as per the agreed service contract. Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or service agreement.
Estimated delivery timelines provided on this website, on quotations, or through our tracking system are indicative and provided in good faith. Actual transit times may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, regulatory checks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Unless a specific delivery date is guaranteed in writing, timelines are not a binding commitment.
We do not accept hazardous, illegal, contraband, or restricted goods for transportation unless explicitly agreed in writing and handled under appropriate regulatory compliance. SD Expresslink reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or return any consignment that it reasonably believes violates this clause.
SD Expresslink will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting consignments. However, our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract or covered by insurance, is limited as per applicable carrier liability norms and the terms noted on the consignment note. Customers are encouraged to insure high-value or fragile shipments separately.
Any claim for loss, damage, or shortage must be reported to SD Expresslink in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery (or, in case of non-delivery, within a reasonable period from the expected delivery date), accompanied by supporting documentation. Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.
SD Expresslink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, accidents, or other force majeure events.
Cancellation of a booking prior to dispatch may be permitted subject to applicable cancellation charges, if any, as communicated at the time of booking.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the SD Expresslink brand, is the property of SD Expresslink Private Limited and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
